Kelsey C

Kelsey has always been interested in a wide range of different topics, people, places, and things. Case and point: she went to school to become either a screenwriter or an anthropologist, but quickly transitioned into a career focusing on outdoor expeditions!

Throughout the last few years, Kelsey has been everything from a high-ropes climbing instructor, to a professional speaker, to a corporate events coordinator.
Every role she has taken on has been exciting and adventurous in its own way, and she loves the adrenaline rush she gets from being in front of a crowd.

Kelsey doesn’t just look for excitement in her work either. She also enjoys hobbies that help push her to try new things. Whether she’s on an epic quest as part of her Dungeons & Dragons group, learning how to sail on the open waters, or hiking through mountains on an adventure abroad – Kelsey loves new and exciting experiences.

Kristin has had a passion for coordinating events since she was a student in college. Her attention to detail is impeccable, and she loves being the person who can “make it all happen,” even when there is a time crunch or last-minute change.

If Kristin had to pick which team building activity she enjoys coordinating the most, she would choose Minute To Win It. She loves how such a seemingly simple set of challenges can transform any ordinary meeting or conference into a wild, rambunctious gameshow. Plus, it’s the only team building activity that she knows of where people flip cookies off their faces!

When she’s not coordinating events, Kristin likes spending time with her close friends and family. She moved out of her parents’ house years ago, but she never went very far! Today, she lives just a few minutes away from her parents and her brother.

In her spare time, Kristin likes to take her dog on walks through the city, watch Netflix marathons, and tune into the latest sportsball games with her friends.

Growing up, Lyndsay was always curious about life and her surroundings. This passion for learning new things translated into Lyndsay spending her days as a young girl getting involved in many sports and going on adventures with her family. Ultimately, however, Lyndsay focused her curiosity on learning all she could in school and on the ice as a hockey player, which led to an athletic scholarship and Business Marketing degree.

After she finished school, Lyndsay’s next great adventure was one of global exploration. With only a backpack, she set off across North, South, and Central America, as well as Europe. Her experiences travelling gave her the well-known travel bug, and to this day, Lyndsay will jump at the chance to take off to somewhere she’s never been before.

Lyndsay is a firm believer that gratitude and a positive attitude are two things that can help guide you successfully through life. When not running events, you can find her practicing hot yoga, playing sports, eating tacos, hanging out with friends, or pampering her beloved golden retriever.

Noel is definitely what you would call a people person. Having worked with groups of all ages through local education programs, he’s developed a passion for making connections with strangers, learning all that he can, and helping people have meaningful experiences. These are just a few of the qualities that make Noel such a wonderful fit for our team.

When he’s not planning or coordinating his next great event, Noel spends much of his time outdoors, traveling and being active. Always up for a new challenge, you can often find him hitting the slopes, surfing the waves, climbing a mountain, or kicking a ball around on the soccer field.

On the rare occasion that he’s settled indoors for the day, Noel enjoys creating memorable experiences with his friends and family. This often means having a board games showdown, cooking meals together, and discussing politics.

If you ask Chris what he`s most passionate about in life, he`ll tell you three things: people, nature, and travel.

To Chris, a work-life balance has always meant a work-travel balance. Ever since he was old enough to set out on his own, he’s been visiting countries around the world.

Growing up, Chris` favorite place to be was in the water. His love of water sports and recreation influenced his decision to travel to places that would let him play in the oceans, lakes, and other bodies of water. Because of this, he’s been around the globe to destinations such as Australia, Asia, and Europe.
After traveling the world for the better part of his 20s, Chris was able to combine his love of travel with his career aspirations when he accepted a job as a Tour Guide. Enthusiastic and social, Chris flourished in the role, which allowed him to interact with people, spend time outdoors, and travel.

Since joining our team, Chris continues to do the things he loves as he brings events to life all over the country. When he’s not out on the road running events, Chris is most likely visiting the ocean, jumping into a lake, or taking a quick dip in a river!
